About Chulen Practice

Chulen is an ancient Tibetan meditation and energy practice. The word Chulen means “to take in the essence.” It teaches practitioners to draw subtle nourishment from nature and energy around them, rather than from food. This is not just fasting – it’s a powerful way to rest, cleanse, and balance the body and mind. Through Chulen, one refines inner energy channels and reconnects with natural vitality and clarity.
