Chogyal Rinpoche is a Tibetan Buddhist teacher, humanitarian, and founder of Repa Retreat, the Nepal Buddhist Association, and the BIA Foundation in Nepal. He was recognized at the age of 15 by His Holiness Shamarpa as the reincarnation of the yogi Gatsa Gomchen. Rinpoche received traditional training in the Karma and Barom Kagyu lineages and completed his formal Buddhist studies with a Khenpo degree.
He later studied psychology at the C.G. Jung Institute in Switzerland and social psychology at Harvard , and also trained in Yoga, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and various healing modalities.
Rinpoche teaches across Asia, Europe, and North America, sharing teachings that blend profound Vajrayana wisdom with practical tools for modern living. He leads meditation retreats, mantra chanting, and transformational programs.
