The 750 square feet (70 square meters) meditation room is equipped with Yoga mats, square seat cushions, singing bowls, a whiteboard and markers. It features Buddha statues and Tibetan Thangkas (scroll paintings). -
Kitchen equipped with all necessary cooking equipment is located adjacent to the main building. -
A stupa to the left of the building gives a majestic view and a great place for morning and evening KORA (an act of circulating the stupa clockwise for accumulating merit) -
A semicircle-shaped garden is located to the right of the building with the majestic view of the Kathmandu valley and the Himalaya range, also the holy site of Guru Padmasambhava beneath.

Minimum booking for 7 days -
Solitary retreats can be booked on short notice only (less than one month in advance) -
Your booking is confirmed after we have received your deposit, which is the cost for 7 nights. Kindly note that if the deposit is not with us within 4 days after booking, your reservation is considered cancelled. -
If a retreatant stays longer than 7 nights, the full payment is due upon entering the retreat.

Basic pure veg foodstuffs, fruits, milk, water, tea
Exclusive of expenses for transfer from Kathmandu to the venue and back.
The retreat center operates on a non-profit basis and aims at providing a supportive and comfortable environment for meditating and experiencing stillness. Donations (Sanskrit/Pali: dana) and the spirit of generosity are very much appreciated and help to raise the necessary funds to sustain the place. May the merit of your generosity serve the awakening of all beings.
